Sometimes my kids really get into spirit weeks at school where they get to dress up. This week the school is celebrating Dr. Suess. On Monday and Tuesday Olivia and Ian dressed in pajamas and then in crazy socks. This morning I was told that it was dress up like your favorite Dr. Suess character day. Olivia had already decided to dress up like Thing 1. Her friend was going to be Thing 2. It's a good thing that we happened to have some blue hairspray on hand. Ian looked through his books and decided to be the zookeeper from If I Ran the Zoo. Being really short on time, I think we did a pretty good job coming up with costumes.
